Must have skills : Looker Studio Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Data Migration Engineer, a typical day involves managing the entire data migration process by carefully extracting data from source systems, transforming it according to specific guidelines, and loading it into the designated target environment. This role requires continuous monitoring and validation of migration scripts and workflows to maintain data accuracy and integrity. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless data transfer and to address any challenges that arise during the migration process, ensuring that the final data set meets the required standards and business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and migration objectives. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and scripts. - Identify potential risks and issues during migration and propose effective mitigation strategies. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with troubleshooting tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Looker Studio. - Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques. - Experience in validating data quality and ensuring consistency throughout migration. - Ability to design, develop, and execute migration scripts and automation processes. - Familiarity with database management systems and data integration tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling complex data sets.
