Job Description: Key Account Managers, Oncology – Eastern & Western Romania At Ipsen, we dare to reimagine what is possible for patients. We are looking for two experienced Key Account Managers to join our Oncology team in Romania – one for the East of the country (Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc or Szeged) and one for the West (Budapest, Győr, Pécs, Székesfehérvár or Veszprém). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing patient access to innovative oncology treatments while building trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. The Opportunity As a Key Account Manager, you will lead strategic engagement with oncology stakeholders, develop and execute account plans, and drive sustainable growth across your territory. Working cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and Commercial colleagues, you will help shape customer solutions that create value for patients and healthcare professionals. What You'll Bring Proven experience in oncology within a field-based commercial role Strong relationships with oncology specialists, treatment centres and key healthcare stakeholders Demonstrated success managing complex hospital accounts Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans independently Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Professional proficiency in English and Romanian Experience in renal oncology, specialty care or innovative therapies would be an advantage.
