What you’ll do: Identify and build growth and transformation case for corporate stakeholders. Engage cross-functional teams to drive execution of key strategy initiatives. Facilitate company c-level quarterly business review meetings, including but not limited to meeting minutes preparation and action item follow-ups. Coordinate with China commercial team on perspective of marketing plan, integration, landing, and execution. Take the responsibilities of integrating resource to achieve business strategy, define and deliver business growth, being effective in product/portfolio strategy development. Initiate marketing strategy plan projects, and marketing activities functionally or nationally related, together with customers and sales team. Establish business development expertise and communication skill, in order to build up strategy and business policies, and deliver them accordingly. Work with frontline or supporting teams of frontline. Be flexible to involve commercial projects and marketing events to help business to solve problems and complete tasks with experience. Be equipped with technics and mindset to resolve problems. Who you are: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience including strategic selling and negotiation Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution- based sales process Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages Willingness and ability to travel within specified geographic region.
