Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partnering closely with the technical leaders, AI & Innovation DBSL and PMO to drive forward and execute AI and innovation projects. Partner with wet lab scientists/clinicians to translate medical/scientific challenges into technical solutions. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Danaher’s three core platforms, associated technologies, and developmental pathways, as well as potential areas for technological integration. Develop and execute partnership strategies, including pharmaceutical companies, Biotechs, academic institutions, hospital leaders and government entities, to advance Danaher’s innovations strategy. Coordinate global and China cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving and implementing BEACON, Nexus, Pioneer, and open innovation initiatives. Strategic market intelligence to identify AI and innovation opportunities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. This person will be highly energetic and able to handle conflict. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations. Experience in project management, partnership management, partnership strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent cross-culture interpersonal, organization, communication and influencing skills, in both Chinese and English.
