Business Process Owner, Operations Process Automation

This position reports to: Operations Process Analytics &Automation __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have opportunity to lead business process definition, adoption, and rollout readiness for Operations Process Automation initiatives. You will work across country teams, regional teams, project teams, leadership, vendors, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear process, system, communication, and change requirements. Each day, you will coordinate workshops, stakeholder engagement, UAT, training, feedback cycles, and issue resolution to ensure smooth implementation across countries. You will also support communication planning, user guides, training materials, adoption tracking, and hypercare activities, while ensuring local business needs align with global process standards. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service (ELSE) globally. Main stakeholders are operation teams across the globe. You will be mainly accountable for: Lead business process definition, standardization, and adoption. Work with country teams, regional teams, project teams, and leadership. Translate business needs into clear process, system, and change requirements. Own rollout planning, stakeholder mapping, comms, training, and readiness. Coordinate workshops, demos, UAT, feedback cycles, and issue resolution. Track adoption risks, resistance, gaps, decisions, and action plans. Support travel to countries for engagement, training, rollout, and hypercare. Create user guides, comms packs, training materials, FAQs, and adoption reports. Ensure process design works across different countries while keeping global standards. Act as bridge between business users, technical teams, vendors, and management / sponsors. Qualifications for the role Strong project management skills. Strong stakeholder management across seniority levels and countries. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Business process design / improvement experience. Change management and adoption experience. Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and rollout pressure. Willing to travel frequently.
