This position reports to: Primary AIS Development Leader __ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents. Responds to manager and/or employee queries and manages both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business. Acts as location support for all administration activities. Implements ABB processes and engages with other team members for continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Maintains records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format. Performs general administrative activities and provides backup support to the team in case of sickness/absence/workload. License to Operate / Core Values Ensures compliance with the location table of authority. Demonstrates ABB’s core values and organization safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly. Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area. Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies. Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities. Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks. Collaboration / Leadership Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.
