Plant HR Leader The Human Resources job family at Procter & Gamble encompasses a range of roles that are dedicated to ensuring the well-being and growth of all employees. The Plant HR Leader is a crucial role within our Human Resources job family. This role is responsible for leading the HR function at one of our manufacturing plants, ensuring the well-being and development of all employees at the site. Key Responsibilities: Build autonomy and personal initiative within the HR team. Lead small projects or initiatives related to HR processes and policies. Understand HR systems and consistently deliver results via operational excellence. Identify key business building opportunities within the plant. Balance employee needs with business needs, with the help of your manager. Job Qualifications Master's in human resources with prior experience of working as a HR BAM preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
