We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn Weavy's innovation into clear, compelling stories that drive activation and growth. You'll own how Weavy shows up - from launches and lifecycle campaigns to messaging that connects features with real creative value. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can think in funnels and narratives at once - translating models and features into value that speaks to both creators and companies, and if you love creative technology, know how to craft stories that convert, and thrive where data meets imagination, this role puts you at the heart of Figma Weave's next stage of growth. What you'll do at Figma Weave: Go-to-market strategy: Plan and execute launches for new features, models, and workflows - from positioning to cross-channel rollout PLG & SLG funnels: Own the full top funnel from visit to subscription; track conversion, optimize the user journey, and improve both B2C and B2B funnels (home page, pricing, onboarding) Lifecycle marketing: Build and optimize in-product and email communications - onboarding flows, upgrade nudges, education sequences, and retention campaigns Messaging & positioning: Maintain Figma Weave's product narrative and ensure consistency across web, app, social, and PR materials Content & education: Create case studies, success stories, and internal enablement docs; support partner and affiliate initiatives Data & optimization: Partner with growth and product to measure funnel performance, activation rates, and adoption; translate insights into action We'd love to hear from you if you have: 6+ years of relevant experience for PLG-driven products, ideally in creative tech, AI tools, or design platforms Experience building and executing GTM plans - from positioning and messaging to launch timelines and cross-functional enablement Exceptional storytelling skills: you can turn features into clear, creative value that resonates with designers, creators, and business leaders Hands-on, data-driven mindset: comfortable writing copy, building lifecycle flows, analyzing performance, and iterating quickly A collaborative and curious nature - you thrive in fast-moving teams and enjoy working across product, marketing, and community to make ideas real While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Familiarity with affiliate, referral, or partner-led growth loops
