Position Summary The Senior National Account Executive is responsible for managing and supporting strategic national account relationships within the Immunodiagnostics Division, with a strong focus on enabling execution that drives growth aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role supports the development and execution of national account strategies and initiatives designed to achieve growth objectives across key business priorities. The role serves as a key liaison between national account partners and internal cross-functional teams, working collaboratively to ensure strategic plans, programs, and initiatives are aligned and executed effectively to support revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and operational excellence. The individual partners closely with the National Accounts team and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Science and Technology, Technical Support, Engineering, IT, Facilities, Procurement, and Supply Chain to translate strategy into execution. This position requires proactive identification of opportunities, coordination of resources, and resolution of operational issues to ensure national account initiatives are delivered on time and in a manner that supports achievement of growth goals, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. Location & Travel This is a remote, home office-based position. We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere within the United States. The role requires approximately 70% travel, including frequent overnight travel to customer sites and internal meetings. Preference will be given to candidates who reside within reasonable commuting distance of a major commercial airport to support efficient nationwide travel. Key Responsibilities Manage and support assigned national account relationships, ensuring consistent execution of strategic and operational initiatives Support the development and execution of national account strategies aligned to AOP growth priorities Coordinate cross-functional resources to enable successful execution of portfolio expansion, new program launches, and nationally driven initiatives Serve as a primary point of contact for operational and execution-related topics with national account partners Facilitate timely resolution of operational, logistical, and implementation issues impacting national account performance Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities that may impact growth, execution, or customer experience and proactively drive solutions Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Science and Technology, Technical Support, Engineering, Customer Support, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to deliver a seamless partner experience Communicate effectively with partner stakeholders across operational, procurement, and corporate functions Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, influencing outcomes without direct authority Measurable Outcomes Success in this role will be measured by: Execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives aligned to national account strategies Achievement of growth-supporting milestones across portfolio expansion, program launches, and strategic initiatives Effective cross-functional collaboration and execution resulting in timely, high-quality delivery of national account programs Responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving operational issues impacting national account performance Consistency and quality of national account execution, supported by internal metrics and partner feedback Identification and advancement of strategic opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnership value Minimum Requirements / Qualifications Ability to work independently from a home office with approximately 70% travel across the United States Strong national account management and strategic execution capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior partner stakeholders Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build and sustain strong internal and external relationships Comfort operating within a highly matrixed environment Strong knowledge of the laboratory diagnostics industry and competitive technologies Working understanding of healthcare delivery and the healthcare marketplace Non-Negotiable Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 10 years of successful sales and/or account management experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry
