Vendor Specialist, Data Center Facilities Operations

Job description

As a Vendor Specialist – Data Center Facilities, you will serve as a key owner of vendor execution across OCI’s mission-critical data center environments. This role is responsible for helping ensure vendor contracts translate into safe, reliable, and timely operational outcomes that protect uptime, support service delivery, and align with Oracle standards. You will manage vendor-facing processes across the lifecycle, including onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, compliance follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. This role partners closely with Site Operations, Facilities Managers, Service Managers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve vendor performance, reduce execution risk, and support continuity of critical services. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
