The Work Be part of our HR Partner team powering Accenture, where you can learn from and work together with colleagues with a wide variety of HR expertise (HR Partnering to the business, Employee Relations, Health etc), to enable our consultants to deliver high performance. Use your unique talents and ideas to help them tackle the challenges of tomorrow, together. During this internship you will touch upon almost every HR topic, so you can experience what part you find the most interesting. Within the internship there is room for proposing an innovative project of your choice or you will support an HR partner on a long-term project. Besides that, you will also be supporting the HR Partners in people related cases (like illness, attrition and the performance cycle) and administrative tasks. You will attribute to different HR projects within Accenture Internship details Period: open for discussion, a minimum of 4 months Hours a week: 40 (however open for discussion) Location: ITO office, Amsterdam Start date: flexible Interested? Please apply with your CV and cover letter Daily tasks Examples of projects you will be working on are as follow: Optimizing HR processes: we always try to improve our processes, and value your insights and creative ideas; Onboarding: be one of the hosts of our interactive onboarding days, getting our new joiners familiar with Accenture’s culture, history and way of working, while improving your presenting skills; Career counseling: you will be involved in initiatives and projects regarding guiding our employees on their careers within Accenture; Talent Supply & Demand: a key area of our business is to strive for an ideal match between the available people (supply) and the skills that are needed on the projects (demand); Performance Achievement: play a role in our performance cycle, to support our employees towards growth and maximize their potential; Research If you wish to conduct a thesis or research combined with this internship, we will offer you the opportunity to work on that one day per week. You are welcome to use the knowledge and expertise we have within Accenture to that end. Here's what you'll need You are an HBO/WO student within the field of HR, Management or other studies with HR affinity; You are willing to gain experience in a large international consultancy firm in the field of Human Resources; You’re possessing a hands-on mentality; You’re communicative, pro-active and can maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously; You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language.
