Position Summary: We are looking for a Channel Account Manager responsible for developing, activating, and scaling the partner ecosystem across Central America and the Caribbean, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth in enterprise cybersecurity solutions. This role is critical to accelerate growth through indirect sales, effective co-selling, and disciplined channel execution with distributors and strategic partners. Responsibilities: Develop and execute business plans with assigned partners. Activate partners to generate pipeline and new opportunities. Lead co-selling motions with Account Managers and technical teams. Prioritize partners based on revenue potential and execution capability. Ensure sales targets are achieved through the channel. Identify, recruit, and enable new partners when needed. Maintain business cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasting). Work closely with distributors to maximize coverage and performance. Provide accurate channel pipeline visibility and forecast. Qualifications: 5+ years in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales. Proven experience managing indirect channel.
