Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description The TikTok Shop Integrated Growth Leader is accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, and talkability of P&G Beauty brands on TikTok Shop. This role delivers end‑to‑end growth by integrating brand strategy, content, assortment, creator/affiliate performance, consumer insights, fulfillment, and digital/data capabilities into a cohesive operating model. Success is defined by building a scalable, profitable, and talk‑able TikTok Shop growth engine that delivers sustained impact for our brands. In this role, you will: Lead a multi-disciplinary team (including Communications, IT, Media, Design, Finance, Product Supply) to develop strategies to grow sales on and off the TikTok Shop platform. Manage all communication with Brand leaders in the category, aligning the assortment based on brand strategies and collaborating to improve brand performance on the TikTok Shop platform. Be a highly visible, growth-focused business leader for TikTok Shop in P&G Beauty. Foster a culture of data-based decision making – analyzing complex data sets to identify channel and consumer insights for brand growth. Innovate, explore, and test new content and conversion tactics on TikTok Shop – and then scaling what works. Job Qualifications 3+ years in DTC, marketplace, or e-commerce growth roles, with at least 1-2 years hands-on, verifiable scaling of a TikTok Shop or DTC program Track record of forward-thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills. Demonstrated strengths in strategic and analytical thinking and a passion for problem-solving. An exceptional ability to drive innovation and brand growth. Superior communication skills that will enable you to influence key decision makers internal and external to P&G. Demonstrated passion for leveraging new digital, data, and AI capabilities to drive business growth and transform our ways of working.
