Your Impact Define and implement product strategy and roadmap to improve onboarding experiences using AI-driven insights. Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements. Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to build scalable, user-centric AI-first workflows. Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, using data and experimentation to optimize outcomes. Champion cross-functional collaboration and act as the customer advocate in all product decisions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of product management experience. Expertise in Marketing Domain is a plus Shown experience leading products from inception to scale. Strong technical understanding of platform and systems thinking. Confirmed ability to use data and insights to influence product decisions. Preferred Qualifications Passion for solving real user problems with deep customer insight. Experience working in cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science. Skilled in designing and analyzing experiments such as A/B testing and user studies. Excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive product vision. Ability to anticipate and resolve strategic issues to maintain team momentum and delivery difficulty. Why Cisco?
