As an Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Specialist based in Sunway Pinnacle, Selangor, Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our global Master Data processes. You will act as a primary partner for business users, driving issue resolution, managing technical deployments, and acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions to support continuous improvement across the enterprise. The OpportunityManage end-to-end incident resolution: Utilizing our ticketing system to handle incoming requests and act as the first point of contact for Business Users regarding the maintenance of Supplier, Customer, Employee, and Intercompany Master Data, always ensuring strict compliance with SLA thresholds. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams: By understanding end-to-end customer processes and objectives, you gather business requirements, assess impacts, and act as a conduit between the business and technical support or project teams to enhance service delivery. Drive continuous improvement and project management: Lead, coordinate, and participate in both RSS and global projects. This includes providing functional analysis, creating test scripts, coordinating regression testing (e.g., in HP ALM), and creating roadmaps to implement business performance improvements. Foster cross-functional collaboration and learning: Maintain vital process documentation, knowledge bases, and learning paths. You proactively seek opportunities to align teams, support technology deployments (including hypercare and training), and provide cross-departmental advisory support. Prioritize stakeholder management: Establish strong, communicative relationships with key internal stakeholders, serving as an escalation board for IT, and regularly engaging with the Finance & Procurement community to understand and meet their evolving business needs. Uphold company standards: Perform your duties with high integrity, managing multiple open cases flexibly as business evolves, while strictly complying with Roche guidelines and SHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection) standards. Who You AreHold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration/Management, Data Science/Analytics, or Supply Chain/Operations Management. Strong and bilingual communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills in English and Thai. Please note: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Thai is a mandatory requirement for this role. Foundational Master Data experience: You bring 0–1 year of Master Data management experience. Previous experience working in a Shared Services or Customer Service Centre support function is a distinct advantage. Technologically adept: You have hands-on experience using SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD). Additional basic technical knowledge of SAP MM, AA, and SD modules is highly desirable, as is prior experience participating in technology projects.
