The Opportunity This position works out of our Novi Beograd office in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division. As the Commercial manager you will be responsible to execute within the Abbott guidelines with the purpose to achieve ADC performance plan and develop/increase consequently ADC products market share and in-market results. This position supports the business in the region according to the position expertise and functions. What You’ll Do Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements Identify, select, and classify the customers according to specific company business strategy Identifying goals for each account, such as for whole business strategy Close cooperation with ADRIA Marketing and Market Access department Co – creation of supportive marketing materials in line with Abbott and local legislative requirements Writing the key account plans. Analyze and track customers as well as customer's market, monitor the changes, find new opportunity, and set up the short and long-term objectives Coach and develop field representative's skills to ensure high quality visits Maintain communication among representatives (sharing best practices) and between reps and other departments, share product information and information on all important business issues with field force Understand market dynamics and adjust activities and plans accordingly Develop high potential representative for future greater responsibility, show by example Abbott standards and leader key competencies; attain and maintain same standards with representatives Drive for performance results, organize team meetings (minimum 1 x month), prepare for team meetings, and ensure active participation of all field force representatives, supervise and control performance forecasting and performance results (monthly and quarterly), provide input for performance plan and updates Work with other Abbott departments/divisions and distributors to find most effective way of increasing performance and/or improving productivity through cooperation Provide feedback to manager on important topics through monthly reports (highlights, forecast, activity plans) Staff development (coaching and joint visits), organize field force team activities and meetings, customer feedback analysis, work with distributors, performance forecasting Perform efficient cooperation with key customers and wholesalers Performance plan inputs and reports, market analysis and respective reports - all on monthly and quarterly basis Proactively identify and assess areas for potential future problems and create solutions Understand Abbott corporate standards and develop staff to meet or exceed them Prepare quality reports and submit on time Look for ways to improve productivity through implementing new systems/processes or streamlining existing ones. Attend Abbott and outside industry meetings Performs other tasks on Direct Manager direction Required Qualifications University degree Min. 5 years experience in diabetes care area Strong understanding and knowledge of Serbia Diabetes market Good English language skills and Fluent local language Excellent listening and communication skills High quality communication Service and Results orientation Excellent listening and communication abilities, team player Confidential and trustworthy Open and honest The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
