Job description

Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, data acquisition, integration, and delivery of external clinical trial data across assigned studies. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely collection and transfer of external data. Review study protocols, vendor specifications, and data transfer requirements to support study setup. Develop, review, and maintain Data Transfer Specifications (DTS) in accordance with company standards. Monitor external data transfers and ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance with study timelines. Support reconciliation activities between EDC and external vendor systems to maintain data integrity. Track reconciliation discrepancies and collaborate with study teams and vendors for timely resolution. Work closely with Clinical Data Management. Support onboarding of new external data vendors by ensuring documentation and data standards are met. Monitor vendor performance against agreed timelines and quality expectations; escalate issues when required. Minimum Level of Education Required Bachelor's or equivalent - Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics and Physics or equivalent. Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required 5+ years of data acquisition experience or related job experience in Clinical Research or Information Systems and/or relevant scientific experience.
