Job Function: Technology Product & Platform Management Job Sub Function: Business Systems Analysis Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Description: In this role, you will be a business solutions leader accountable for enabling the extended (“satellite”) recruiting systems that connect to Workday Recruit system, ensuring they work together to deliver reliable, compliant, and user-friendly recruiting capabilities end to end. You will play an in-depth role in shaping and leading solution enablement and continuous improvement across the recruiting digital ecosystem—spanning the joining journey from requisition through offer and onboarding touchpoints that depend on integrated tools and data. Reporting to the Joining Solutions Leader, you will translate roadmap outcomes into practical solution designs, integration requirements, release readiness, and measurable improvements—helping simplify experiences, strengthen controls, and drive adoption at scale. Key Responsibilities Enable connected recruiting systems integrated with Workday Recruiting (e.g., assessments, background screening, document generation/e-sign, identity/access provisioning, learning), ensuring dependable workflow orchestration and data integrity across the recruiting ecosystem. Partner with the Joining Solutions Leader and product partners to translate business outcomes into solution requirements, configuration needs, integration changes, and release plans across Workday and extended platforms. Lead cross-system analysis and solution design for recruiting capabilities, documenting requirements, process flows, data mapping, and downstream impacts to ensure cohesive end-to-end experiences. Own delivery execution for assigned satellite system initiatives: scope, dependencies, risks/issues, testing strategy, cutover planning, and release readiness in a global, matrixed environment. Establish and run an operating cadence with stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, HR, Technology, vendors) to drive timely decisions, transparent status, and predictable delivery. Drive continuous improvement by defining and monitoring KPIs (e.g., cycle time, completion rates, rework, candidate experience signals, compliance outcomes), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing simplification and automation. Ensure solutions meet compliance, privacy, and control requirements (e.g., data privacy, retention, auditability, accessibility) by partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and HR Controls. Support “run” health for satellite solutions: monitor incident trends, lead problem management/root-cause analysis, manage enhancement backlogs, and improve stability and user experience. Coordinate adoption enablement—training inputs, communications, knowledge content, and deployment support—to help regional and functional teams use solutions effectively. Manage vendor and partner contributions as applicable (SOW deliverables, SLAs, testing support), ensuring quality standards, timelines, and service outcomes are met. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA/MS or similar) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, Agile delivery, Product/Program Management). Experience and Skills Required: 10+ years of experience delivering HR technology and/or enterprise platform solutions, preferably supporting Talent Acquisition and recruiting process workflows. Demonstrated experience working within the Workday ecosystem (Recruiting and/or Onboarding strongly preferred) and coordinating outcomes with product and engineering partners. Hands-on experience supporting or delivering integrations across multiple systems and vendors, including requirements definition, test planning, defect triage, and release readiness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including KPI definition, root-cause analysis, and translating insights into measurable improvements. Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization; strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of delivery practices (Agile and/or hybrid), including backlog management, dependency management, and change/release coordination. Preferred: Experience modernizing candidate and recruiter experiences through workflow orchestration, automation, and self-service design. Familiarity with global hiring compliance considerations (privacy, retention, audit, accessibility) and partnering with Legal/Privacy/Security on controls-by-design. Experience with vendor management (SOWs, SLAs, performance reviews) and managed service models. Exposure to service management practices (incident/problem/change), release management, and operational readiness for enterprise platforms. Experience applying process improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma) to HR operations or digital workflows. Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools to track end-to-end journey performance and outcomes. Other: Ability to work effectively across time zones; occasional travel may be required (typically up to 15%). As guided by Our Credo, Johnson & Johnson is committed to an inclusive work environment where each person is considered as an individual. Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Compliance Management, Consulting, Cyber Investigations, Developing Others, Fact-Based Decision Making, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Network Configuration Management, Operating Systems (OS), Operations Management, Organizing, Resource Allocation, Scripting Languages, Software Development Management, Systems Development, Systems Management, Team Management, Technologically Savvy
