Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Events Job Category: Business Enablement/Support All Job Posting Locations: Madrid - Lafinca Job Description: The Events Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial accuracy. This role combines event management expertise with strong analytical capabilities, including budget tracking, accounting allocation, data analysis, and Transfer of Value reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal meetings and corporate events. Manage event-related documentation. Manage budgets, cost tracking, and accounting allocations. Liaise with external partners to ensure successful event delivery. Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines. Analyze event data to generate insights. Preferred Profile/Qualification University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar Experience in event planning or meeting management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
