Job Description: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection coordination. Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions and Departmental & Development training for supervisors. Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment, hiring, and onboarding records. Employee Relations Assist the Employee Relations (ER)/HR Representative on all ER-related matters.Employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and due process in accordance with company policy and labor laws. Issuance and documentation of Disciplinary Actions (DA). Implementation and administration of performance review and appraisal processes. Co-manage employee engagement programs (Employee Program/CSR). HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (201 files) in both physical and digital formats. Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data entry and updates. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memoranda, certificates, notices, and reports. Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, internal procedures, and HR best practices. Assist in the review, updating, and communication of HR policies and the employee handbook. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements. Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance readiness at all times. Compensation & Benefits Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment, updates, and claims processing. Assist the HR Manager with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Life Insurance coordination. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, payroll, and benefits. Reporting & Other HR Support Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports and other required HR reports. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager and HR Team. Perform additional HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned to support departmental and company goals. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Social Sciences course. Post graduate units preferred and/or an advantage. 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role in a fast-paced environment; Semiconductor industry experience a plus. Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and fair hiring practices Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Knows how to handle confidential information and can work with minimal supervision Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications Fluent in English both in written and oral communication Ability to relate well to all members of the organization. Ability to demonstrate high standards of customer service and accountability for program results.
