Job Description EEMEA Regional Commercial Lead Pharma & Specialty – Immunology The Regional Commercial Lead for Pharmaceuticals and Specialty Care – Immunology, shares accountability with country teams for launch readiness, growth and performance of the emerging Immunology portfolio in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA). This role will focus on Immunology as a strategic disease area with significant unmet need across priority conditions, with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD), as main areas of focus, alongside dermatologic and rheumatologic diseases. Immunology franchise will be the primary focus of this role, with scope to support other Pharma and Specialty Care products as the pipeline evolves. The EEMEA Regional Commercial Lead is a business-critical role, responsible for supporting markets in shaping strategy, priorities, resource allocation and operational plans to deliver financial performance and ensure successful Immunology programs and launches. The role translates global Immunology strategy into regional commercial strategy and execution, drives launch readiness, strengthens market understanding, and supports the development of capabilities needed to establish a strong and sustainable Immunology presence across EEMEA. Main Responsibilities: Drives Results The Regional Commercial Lead supports country teams and shares accountability for launch readiness, growth and performance of Immunology as a major new growth platform in Pharmaceuticals and Specialty Care across EEMEA, driving commercial acceleration through three key pillars: Build the market before launch: Partner with medical, market access, policy and country teams to shape understanding of Immunology unmet need, disease burden, care pathways and evolving treatment dynamics across priority markets. Drive launch excellence and commercial readiness: Lead regional planning for Immunology launches, including market prioritization, resource allocation, go-to-market model design, patient services readiness, customer engagement and clear execution milestones across priority markets, in close collaboration with global teams. Establish long-term Immunology leadership: Build regional capabilities, insights and operating models that can scale across Immunology indications and future portfolio opportunities, while contributing EEMEA perspectives to global pipeline and lifecycle strategy. Strategy Leads the regional integrated launch and 5-year strategy for Immunology, translating global priorities into clear EEMEA choices on market sequencing, investment, cross-functional focus and growth opportunities. Defines regional strategic priorities with country teams, including market prioritization, resource allocation, capability needs and multi-country initiatives, while building the commercial view of how to maximize patient reach, access, growth, profitability and future portfolio potential. Ensure Execution Leads regional cross-functional execution with commercial, medical, market access, policy, evidence generation, communications, digital and data colleagues to convert strategy into market-ready launch plans. Engages scientific leaders, payers, patient organizations and other external stakeholders to strengthen understanding of Immunology unmet need, care pathways and market access requirements. Drives priority above-country projects, including launch readiness assessments, go-to-market model choices, stakeholder engagement initiatives and capability-building workstreams. Monitors progress against launch milestones, identifies barriers early and coordinates regional support to improve readiness, execution quality and business impact. Builds Talent and capabilities Builds Immunology launch capabilities across countries by coaching business unit leaders, country marketing leads and launch teams on specialty care strategy, market access, customer engagement and cross-functional ways of working. Deploys practical tools and training to strengthen disease-area understanding, launch readiness, market access shaping, patient services, digital engagement and competitive excellence. Supports Operations Supports regional forecasting, launch investment planning, long-range planning and market resource planning, ensuring assumptions, risks and investment needs are clearly reflected in regional and global planning discussions. Strong Connection with Global Represents EEMEA perspectives in global Immunology discussions, bringing forward market opportunities, risks, access realities, capability needs and launch readiness insights. Translates global direction into practical regional guidance for countries, ensuring timely alignment on strategy, launch planning, customer engagement and capability development. Shares learnings across EEMEA and with global teams to scale effective launch practices, stakeholder engagement approaches and commercial innovation. Experience Needed: BA/BS degree / Master’s degree from accredited university. Minimum of 10 years marketing or commercial experience required. Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Care, Immunology, Gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease (including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), Dermatology, Rheumatology is preferred. Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional and local action plans, align cross-functional teams and drive successful launch execution in complex, competitive markets. Knowledge of marketing approaches, access and payer dynamics, specialty care pathways, compliance, operations and change management is preferred. P&L responsibility and team leadership (e.g. business unit leadership) experience preferred Previous cross-country / international project implementation experience preferred Strong digital, omni-channel and customer experience capabilities, especially in specialty launch planning, insight generation and performance measurement.
