Job Description Our Company Animal Health FP&A Spain is seeking an Associate Director, Finance Planning & Analysis to join our Madrid site. This senior role will partner with Business Unit Directors and commercial Sales and Marketing teams, leading the end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis process. The role serves as a trusted financial advisor to business leadership, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive informed decisions on performance, investment, and strategy. In addition to reporting and analysis, the position plays a key role in shaping business direction and supporting key initiatives.
