Senior Controller RPC CO Company: B. Braun Business Services Job Posting Location: Nowy Tomyśl, wielkopolskie, Poland, Poznań, wielkopolskie, Poland Functional Area: Controlling Working Model: Hybrid Requisition ID: 11066 Duties and responsibilities: Active participation in Controlling Projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation, GBS service rollouts) In this context e.g. contribute to test plans definition, conduct tests and document test results during S/4 User Acceptance Tests in assigned area of responsibility Standardization and harmonization of CO processes, including close cooperation with IT and other Business Teams Support in Month-End Closing Activities (including Inventory Valuation) and Group Reporting, especially in area of process and technical errors handling Professional competencies: At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling area (mandatory) Experience in GBS/SSC environment (mandatory) Advanced SAP knowledge in CO, preferably including interfaces to other modules Knowledge of other modules: SAP FI, PP, SD, PS and MM would be nice to have Proficiency in Excel, Power Point Higher education in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Business, IT and related fields Experience in complex projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation), Supervisor/Lead role would be a benefit Advanced English proficiency - at least B2 level (spoken and written) Other foreign languages would be nice to have (German, Spanish, French) Personal competences: Strong ability to collaborate in international teams Proactive approach and team-work attitude Flexibility in adapting to process changes and working in a fast-paced environment Analytical skills and high attention to details Availabiliy for occassional Business Trips What we offer: Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
