We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead and participate in projects focused on condition-based monitoring and remote diagnostics systems for new builds and retrofits. In this role, you will combine hands-on engineering with project coordination, working closely with customers, vessels, and advanced digital systems. This is a great opportunity for both newly graduated engineers and candidates with some experience who want to develop at the intersection of engineering, digitalization, and customer collaboration. ​ Your role As Project Engineer, you will take ownership of project deliveries from start to finish. You will work hands-on with system integration, configuration, and testing, while also ensuring strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Deliver and coordinate projects within condition monitoring and remote diagnostics Act as the technical point of contact for customers during project execution Contribute to technical sales specifications and solution design Integrate and configure systems onboard vessels (industrial PCs, PLCs, networks) Perform testing and verification, including Factory Acceptance Tests Maintain project progress, documentation, and technical drawings Your background We are looking for someone who enjoys combining technical work with structured project execution. You likely have: A degree in electrical, mechanical, automation or a related field Interest in or experience with industrial systems, automation, or marine applications Basic knowledge of electrical systems and/or IT/OT environments Familiarity with engineering tools (e.g. AutoCAD, ePlan) and Microsoft tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills in Norwegian and English New graduates are encouraged to apply.
