This position reports to: Manufacturing Unit Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities As a Procurement Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving procurement excellence by leading a team responsible for transactional purchasing, e-sourcing, master data management, reporting, and operational procurement activities. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality procurement services while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer focus. In this role, you will combine strong leadership capabilities with procurement expertise to support business objectives, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall performance of the supply chain organization. Work model: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of procurement professionals, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional growth. Ensuring procurement activities are executed in compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Driving the consistent application of procurement strategies and group guidelines to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, quality, delivery reliability, and working capital. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when required. Overseeing purchasing operations to ensure Buyers effectively manage risk exposure related to quality, delivery, commercial terms, and supplier performance. Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of procurement and supply chain systems and digital tools. Analyzing operational challenges, identifying root causes, and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment with business priorities and procurement objectives. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the Role Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations. Proven experience in leading teams and managing people in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing methodologies, and operational excellence principles. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement digital platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrated capability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
