The Opportunity This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be providing support to the marketing department/activities and help to realize sales and market share goals. What You’ll Do Marketing project management, including: Managing the POS materials visualization project for the OTC product portfolio. Coordinating direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital campaigns, including: support of product and patient service web pages; support of e-learning programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs); coordination and monitoring of all DTC campaigns within the company's internal systems and related documentation processes. Supporting new product launch projects and new business development initiatives. Coordinating patient support programs. Managing the lifecycle of promotional materials, including coordination with marketing agencies, transportation, storage, and distribution. Requirements: Higher education degree. Project management experience. Strong analytical skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian; English proficiency -pre-Intermediate level. Proficient computer skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook and Word. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
