Responsibilities: Deliver advanced support for SAP Logistics SD Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions Ensure system stability, performance, and proper documentation Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end process alignment Support testing cycles, upgrades, and change requests Train key users and provide knowledge transfer Qualifications: Professional experience in SAP SD and EDI integrations within an international environment. Solid understanding of order-to-cash business processes (order management, delivery, billing). Experience with EDI standards. Hands-on experience with SAP IDoc-based integrations (functional knowledge; technical reading ability). Ability to work with middleware or EDI platforms ( SAP PO/PI, Seeburger, OpenText). Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to handle complex integration scenarios. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Experience working with external partners, VAN providers and international customers.
