Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are looking for the best talent for Clinical Sales Representative - Bogotá, Colombia Responsible for driving institutional sales growth and market development through strategic account management, clinical engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, identifies business opportunities, and executes commercial initiatives to expand market share within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and market development across assigned institutional accounts. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers. Conduct product presentations, clinical education activities, and technical support for customers. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Manage tenders, contracts, and territory planning while ensuring effective resource allocation. Develop forecasts, business plans, and account strategies to achieve commercial objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions. Required Qualifications 3 – 5 years of experience in institutional sales, market development, or healthcare commercial roles. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Highly self-managed with strong accountability, initiative, and organizational skills.
