As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) preferred • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel • Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional languages a plus • Experience with temperature-controlled and regulated shipments preferred • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant quality standards • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation • Experience with logistics KPIs and metrics tracking • Ability to work flexible hours to support operations • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
