As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment. • Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Foreing Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) Considered a plus. • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications. . • Knowledge of and/or experience with the regulations and processes of ANVISA, ANSN (CNEN), and other relevant Brazilian regulatory authorities. • Focus on DUIMP (Single Import Declaration) • Manage import processes directly using the DUIMP (Single Import Declaration), ensuring compliance with the Single Foreign Trade Portal Program (Portal Único de Comércio Exterior). • Monitor the implementation of DUIMP, ensuring internal processes are adapted to the new regulatory requirements. • Validate master data, tariff classification (NCM), product attributes, administrative requirements, and all other information necessary for the accurate submission of the DUIMP. • Support the configuration of internal systems and processes to meet the requirements of the New Import Process (NPI). • Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English required (Ability to lead and participate in meetings and negotiations professionally in English, communicating effectively while understanding and being understood by others.); additional languages a plus. • Experience with temperature-controlled and regulated shipments preferred • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation. • Demonstrates accountability by honoring professional commitments, including punctuality, active participation in meetings, meeting deadlines, and delivering agreed-upon results. Ensures transparent and proactive communication regarding progress, challenges, and outcomes, while taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities. • Experience with logistics KPIs and metrics tracking. Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and business results. • Ability to work flexible hours to support operations.
