Training Specialist

Job description

As Training Specialist, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center operations and support teams. This role helps ensure field teams are prepared to execute safely, follow approved procedures, respond to abnormal conditions, and maintain reliable operations in mission-critical environments. You will partner with training leadership, Data Center Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Site Deployment, Safety, Security, and technical SMEs to convert operating standards and field lessons into practical learning content. The role requires strong facilitation skills, documentation discipline, technical curiosity, and the ability to build trust with both learners and operational leaders.
