As a Customer Operations & Contracts Assistant supporting the Customer Operations and Contracts & Tender teams, you will provide operational and administrative support across customer service activities and a key contract migration project at our Budapest office, conveniently located near Móricz Zsigmond körtér, on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026. In this role, a typical day will include: Supporting Customer Operations by processing and uploading invoices, delivery notes and other documentation in customer and tender portals, as well as handling customer-related administrative requests in SAP Maintaining accurate customer data, preparing reports, supporting environmental fee reporting activities, and assisting with translation of selected business materials from English to Hungarian Collaborating with the Contracts & Tender team to support the migration of existing contracts into the new Icertis contract management platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Working with SAP, Salesforce CRM, Icertis and other business applications to support daily operations and project-related activities Cooperating closely with local stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of customer service and contract administration processes during a major business transformation project WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Secondary school diploma required, ongoing or completed higher education is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, administration, operational support or a similar role is preferred Fluent Hungarian and good English language skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken Strong MS Office knowledge, SAP experience is an advantage, Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
