This role is based in the PTDS division which is dedicated to cost-effectively ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time every time, such that no patient will go without treatment and no clinical trial will be delayed. The Opportunity As a Clinical Supply Chain Business Analyst, your main focus will be building and owning reporting and analytics capabilities within the Clinical Supply Chain Planning domain. You will own the planning, design, and implementation of improvements, collaborating closely with business functions and cross-functional teams to mature analytics capabilities into advanced analytics. You are developing and provisioning standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities covering demand and supply planning, segmentation, system utilization, and supply chain operating model analysis. You are translating business requirements into analytical solutions, driving adoption across teams, and leveraging data insights to identify variances and support complex decision-making. You are developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Roche ERP systems (SAP ECC/APO, OMP/S4 Hana) and supply chain planning business processes and data structures. You are building and maintaining a Community of Practice (CoP) within PTDS-PLAN to share best practices, news, improvement ideas, and knowledge about reporting capabilities. You are contributing to or leading projects impacting supply chain planning, such as End to End network analysis, ASPIRE, and inventory and waste optimization. You are challenging the status quo, targeting breakthrough innovations, and benchmarking internally and externally to bring best practices to Roche. Who you areYou hold a degree in engineering, mathematics, informatics, or a related field, backed by proven experience in Supply Chain planning and management. You possess +5 years of experience in managing/using enterprise reporting applications (e.g., BW, Tableau) and dashboard design. You have solid know-how of ERP systems, preferably OMP, SAP APO, and SAP ECC/S4 Hana, alongside a deep understanding of clinical supply chain processes. You have a proven track record in systems and data modeling, as well as programming/scripting languages (Python, R, OPAL, JavaScript, or similar). You display strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the planning community. You are characterized by a continuous improvement mindset, a passion for collaboration, and experience working in cross-functional, global environments. In this position, you will be servicing customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French is required. PreferredExperience with Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or advanced analytical models applied to supply chain optimization is highly preferred. Knowledge of IRT functionalities for clinical trials (translating clinical trial protocols into supply chain parameters) is valued. APICS and/or SCOR certifications are a strong plus. In this position, you will be partnering with customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French may be required depending on geographical location. Relocation benefits are not available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
