Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Customer Relations Representative role will make an impact: Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include: Providing a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail. Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none. Processing orders, credits and returns. Liaise with cross functional teams to service ad hoc requests to deliver on business needs. The minimum qualifications and skills required for this role are: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required. 1 + year experience working in pharmacy. Experience working in a customer facing role is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Hardworking, punctual, and patient. Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
