Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision. Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies. Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations. Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties. Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
