This position reports to: Product Marketing Manager __ Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy across target markets, driving sustainable growth in the Smart Buildings and Electrification business. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in market intelligence, strategic planning, customer and segment development, and business expansion initiatives, ensuring successful execution of the division’s strategic objectives. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities that drive profitable and sustainable business growth. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification – Smart Buildings (ELSB) business within the assigned region. Main stakeholders include sales teams, product management, business unit leaders, customers, consultants, channel partners, industry associations, and external strategic partners. You will be mainly accountable for:Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders. Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives. Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and with corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications for the role Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence, Consulting, or commercial strategy, with a strong track record of driving growth initiatives and market expansion. Strong knowledge of Electrification, Smart Buildings, Building Automation, Energy Management, Data Center Networks, Data Center Infrastructure, or related industries. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies, growth plans, and business cases. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business analytics tools, market research methodologies, and strategic planning frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, customers, partners, and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic projects in cross-functional and multicultural environments, with strong English communication skills and willingness to travel as required.
