As an Entry-Level Data Analyst within our CMK team, you will play a crucial supporting role in executing strategies and participating in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, and procedures. You will focus on clearly defined objectives, helping to translate complex data into actionable insights that fuel our business. In this role, you will: Shape Growth Strategies: Support the identification of retailer and shopper insights that drive growth into our brands and joint business plans. Activate Insights: Help translate cross-category learnings into pragmatic in-store, CRM/SBD, and media activations. Build Partnerships: Contribute to data-based thought leadership, helping to position P&G as a preferred partner with customers and retailers. Uncover Opportunities: Provide market-level insights to build consumer understanding and enable effective brand plan activation across markets, regions, and globally. Drive Execution: Assist in shaping integrated brand plans and execution choices for key customers/channels, ensuring alignment with market-specific requirements. Support the optimization of key business drivers, track in-market innovation, and contribute to consumer foundations work. Summarize local consumer/shopper insights and help monitor and optimize in-store execution using corporate tools and regional strategies. Fuel Innovation: Combine analytics and consumer understanding to identify key business drivers and unmet needs. Support the development and execution of category innovation learning plans, translating insights into upstream innovation concepts. Execute learning plans for key markets and contribute insights that inform our integrated brand plans and innovation focus. Job Qualifications To thrive in this role, you will bring: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related analytical field. Experience: 2-3 years maximum of prior experience in market research, consumer insights, data analysis, or a related analytical role is required. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information and data with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Power BI, Data Modeling, Machine Learning, and Python is a plus. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team. Learning Agility: Able to work effectively under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies, and demonstrate a proactive desire to develop new knowledge and skills for current and future job requirements.
