About the Role:We are seeking a Lead IT Technician to provide IT support and leadership for enterprise-wide collaboration tools, applications, and infrastructure. In this role, you'll work closely with teams to analyze and resolve technical issues while ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. This position offers opportunities to participate in strategic IT projects, maintain cybersecurity standards, and contribute to technological innovation across the organization. What You'll Do:Provided Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users in a pharmaceutical environment. Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and enterprise application issues. Performed laptop imaging, deployment, configuration, and hardware refresh activities. Managed incidents, service requests, and change requests using ServiceNow (SNOW). EducationTertiary education: Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Professional IT certifications preferred (e.g., networking, server management, security) Experience2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar technical role Strong expertise in Windows platform administration and troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and cloud-based applications Experience with mobile platforms and iOS device management Advanced knowledge of networks, VPN configurations, and connectivity solutions Experience in server management and virtualization technologies Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency (verbal and written) Experience with SCADA systems and automation infrastructure Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent documentation and process improvement capabilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with IT asset management and inventory control Strong communication and customer service skills Other Important Information Occasional off-hours work (on call support) BenefitsJoin our team and take advantage of these great benefits!
