The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Develop test plans and test cases for connected vehicle features OTA updates remote vehicle services V2X communication and telematics data pipelines 2 Execute cellular connectivity testing 4G LTE Cat M NB IoT data session handover roaming and 5G NR connectivity validation on TCU platforms 3 Perform V2X protocol conformance testing ETSI ITS G5 CAM DENM message validation SAE J2945 BSM SPAT MAP message integrity testing 4 Conduct OTA update validation full update cycle download verify apply reboot failure injection rollback verification and power cut recovery 5 Execute end to end telematics service testing remote start lock unlock vehicle health report e Call simulation and cloud data ingestion validation 6 Perform network protocol testing MQTT QoS level 0 1 2 validation TLS certificate validation connection resilience and reconnection testing 7 Conduct cybersecurity testing basic penetration testing certificate management validation secure boot verification and diagnostic access control 8 Execute GNSS positioning validation cold warm hot start time to first fix TTFF accuracy assessment and dead reckoning continuity testing 9 Automate connected vehicle regression tests using Python pay test Robot Framework and cloud-based test orchestration tools 10 Log defects in JIRA ALM maintain requirements traceability in Polariton Code beamer and prepare VV reports per ASPICE SWE 4 to SWE 6 Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Must Have Experience in connected vehicle or IoT VV with cellular network testing 4G LTE 5G NR and protocol validation 2 Must Have Knowledge of MQTT REST and TLS protocol testing using tools like MQTT Explorer Postman Wireshark and tcp dump 3 Must Have Familiarity with V2X protocol testing ETSI ITS G5 C V2X conformance test tools and V2X message validation frameworks 4 Must Have Experience with OTA update testing end to end update cycle fault injection rollback and AB partition validation 5 Must Understand automotive cybersecurity testing basics certificate validation secure communication and access control testing 6 Must Have Experience with Python scripting for test automation pytest socket programming and REST API testing frameworks 7 Must Have Knowledge of GNSS testing methodology TTFF measurement accuracy assessment and Spirent CAST simulation 8 Good to Have Familiarity with V2X test environments V2X conformance test tools TASS Kapsch and roadside unit RSU simulation 9 Good to Have Knowledge of ISO SAE 21434 cybersecurity test requirements and UNECE R155 compliance verification 10 Good to Have Exposure to cloud backend testing AWS IoT Azure IoT Hub and vehicle data pipeline end to end validation 11 Good to Understand e Call ERA GLONASS system testing requirements and regulatory conformance validation Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Connected Vehicles or Automotive Telematics or V2X SDV domain. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE BTech or ME MTech in Electronics Electrical Computer Science Telecommunications or Automotive Engineering 15 years fulltime education required is necessary.
