The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. This position demands continuous collaboration and innovation to enhance system performance and functionality in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver customized software components. - Maintain and update existing software solutions to improve efficiency and address evolving business needs. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with programming languages and scripting relevant to customization tasks. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
