This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations. - Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in multi-tiered environments. - Experience with automation and scripting to enhance operational efficiency. - Familiarity with security best practices and patch management in enterprise environments.
