This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques. - Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues affecting server and application performance. - Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
