The Role: The objective of this role is to deliver an excellent standard of Sales Support for both channel, AWS and xSP business. With this role you will be part of the European Commercial Centre of Excellence (CCE) Team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business working closely with the Field Sales teams, Marketing and Channel Partners. This role requires candidates to be highly motivated with excellent Communication and organisational skills. As part of the broader CEC team, you will also be expected to adapt and support other CEC functions — such as cloud marketplace or deal desk — as business needs require. Assist the sales team achieve their revenue number by advising them on quote structures, providing pricing and discounting advice and assisting with some operational admin tasks. Communicating and advising sellers on pricing, applicable systems, processes, and procedures. Initiate regular update meetings/conference calls with Sales teams with the purpose of keeping them informed of activities, performance, and general feedback. Become familiar with all in-house systems which support the business and to continue to keep up to date with any new developments. You are Motivated to drive and achieve all key objectives of the role. Keen to learn new ways of doing things Able to assist with streamlining continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures. Able to take ownership of and drive revenue opportunities Able to evolve the role according to business needs, adding value to the existing role. Willing to travel for events in the Business Units and local events You have Fluent written and spoken English & German. Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar Sales/Customer support role Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organisation Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent administration, organisational, analytical and time management skills An ability to multi-task and prioritise Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure Previous experience in the cyber security industry desired #LI-CM1 At Trend Micro, we embrace change, empower people, and encourage innovation in a connected world.
