Within Human Health, our Global Oncology Organization is recruiting for a Director, Global Oncology Marketing – Lifecycle Strategy, reporting to the Executive Director, Lifecycle Management (LCM). This highly visible role is ideal for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex commercial challenges, influencing across functions, and translating bold ideas into tangible business and patient impact. The Director will help shape late-lifecycle strategy for a leading oncology portfolio and partner closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to advance priorities that matter for patients and the company. Key Responsibilities: The Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing the global late-lifecycle strategy for our company's Oncology portfolio, helping maximize patient reach, commercial value, and long-term portfolio impact. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and execute the global late-lifecycle strategy, partnering closely with regional teams to build capabilities, support implementation, and drive broad adoption Optimize the global launch of the subcutaneous formulation by sharpening strategy, strengthening the narrative, and enabling pull-through across global, regional, and local markets Lead development and delivery of global sales forecast guidance to inform strategic decision-making and portfolio planning Collaborate closely with Global Market Access, IP/Legal, Manufacturing, Development and Regulatory (R&D), Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Finance, and other key partners to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the late-lifecycle management strategy Ensure lifecycle management strategies and initiatives are grounded in robust insights and analytics across customers, competitors, market dynamics, and the broader healthcare environment 25% Travel, including some weekends Required Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights) Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and collaborate successfully with business partners across the organization Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen Strong written/verbal communication skills Preferred Experience and Skills: Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD) Prior oncology experience will be considered Experience working with global regions and markets Required Skills: Collaboration, Executive Presence, Global Marketing Strategy, Market Assessments, Oncology Marketing, Results-Oriented, Strategic Communication Management, Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE US and Puerto Rico Residents Only: Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
