Job description
We are looking for a motivated and highly driven new member as Sales Manager Intelligent Labels to join our team in the Avery Dennison Intelligent Labels Sales Team to boost RFID adoption across industries. In this position, you will work independently, either working from home or traveling to existing and new customers in the Eastern Europe region. Key Responsibilities This is a remote/hybrid position where you will work independently from home and travel to existing and new customers in your region. Grow and develop sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria). Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID product portfolio, applying technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their use cases. Proactively build a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both new prospects and re-activating previous customers. Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region while maintaining integrity to focus on the most rewarding requests and customers. Develop a sound understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously assessing trends, managing forecasts, and tracking activities in SalesForce. Required: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within an international business in the RFID industry or with highly technical products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both spoken and written, combined with a valid driving license. Skills you need to succeed: Proven ability to manage complex projects, partnering effectively with internal departments (such as Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Credit/Finance, Supply Chain & Operations). Solution-oriented self-starter mindset with strong self-management, prioritization skills, and entrepreneurial thinking. Strong cultural empathy and team-player attitude with relationship-building skills to operate in a complex multinational organization. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
