About the role The person in this position is responsible for maintaining and further developing sales to selected customers in the Polish territory. The responsibilities include active and direct commercial and technical activities to achieve assigned business goals. This role is open to all qualified professionals. Key Responsibilities This is a hybrid position requiring frequent travel. The core duties include: Act as a subject matter expert capable of analyzing and quickly resolving problematic sales and technical issues via email and telephone contact. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, identifying business needs and providing technical product information. Conduct frequent client visits for product training, consultations, and advisory support regarding the selection and execution of adhesive materials. Educate end-users and converters, promoting and selling products to customers and end-users where applicable. Identify appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements and recommend corrective actions for recurring product complaints in cooperation with the claims team. Qualifications Required Higher education degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience related to technical business support. Fluent knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written mandatory; knowledge of the Russian language will be an added advantage. Technical knowledge in the field of materials, printing methods, applied solutions, and long-term project management. Skills you need to succeed Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, identify their underlying business needs, and effectively communicate across all levels of management. Creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex problems under time pressure, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a group.
