The Senior Manager, Enterprise Information Capability Enablement is responsible for advancing enterprise information and metrics capabilities that enable informed decision-making across BMS. Working across business and technology functions, this role partners with stakeholders to understand business priorities, establish trusted metrics and information standards, and deliver scalable capabilities that improve visibility, alignment, and business outcomes. The role leverages AI-enabled technologies to enhance productivity, stakeholder experience, and information access while driving adoption of modern ways of working. This position operates as an enterprise-facing individual contributor who influences outcomes across organizational boundaries and helps shape the future of enterprise information capabilities. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop and enhance enterprise information and metrics capabilities that support strategic and operational decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable information, performance measurement, and decision-support capabilities. Support the definition, standardization, and governance of key business metrics and information standards. Drive adoption of information capabilities through stakeholder engagement, communication, and continuous improvement. Collaborate across business, data, and technology organizations to deliver trusted, accessible, and actionable information. Leverage AI as a core component of daily work to improve productivity, stakeholder engagement, solution quality, and business outcomes. Identify opportunities to enhance information access, self-service capabilities, and stakeholder experiences through AI-enabled and modern technology solutions. Develop and promote best practices in information management, metrics governance, capability enablement, and AI-enabled ways of working. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, computer science, data management, or a related field is required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, performance management, data products, information management, or related disciplines is required. Demonstrated experience delivering reporting, information, or performance measurement solutions. Strong understanding of information delivery, metric governance, and performance measurement best practices. Experience designing, developing, and delivering solutions using modern reporting, data, and AI technologies. Hands-on expertise in some of the following areas is required, with the ability to effectively partner across the broader ecosystem: Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Data Modeling, Semantic Models, Visualization and Information Design, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms), AI platforms, copilots, agents, and other AI-enabled productivity and business solutions Experience working directly with business stakeholders. Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $133,710 - $162,019 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
