The OpportunityYou will be part of a vibrant, up to 15-person host team in Kaiseraugst (close to Basel), working alongside experienced Customer Logistics Managers and an apprentice. We are the driving force behind order fulfillment: tracking and optimizing shipments from initial entry all the way to final delivery. Flexible working hours and Home Office (up to 50%) Online/Offline student networking events Developing a deep understanding of supply chain operations with direct market customers at a leading pharmaceutical company Gaining exposure in the wider Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization (140 employees over 4 different locations) Ability to support and contribute shaping the future of the organization by deploying your skills and interest into continuous improvement projects/initiatives Who You AreYou are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in the field of supply chain management, business administration, life sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy), IT / computer science or another degree, or you completed your studies within the last 12 months prior to the start date. Moreover, you are… Interested and excited about working in the SAP/ERP and supply chain systems landscape, including OMP (order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing). Excited about supporting patients worldwide to get the medicine they need. Capable of managing standard analysis, presentation, and process flow software, specifically Google tools/gSuite, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and Smartsheet, with the ability to organize and visualize data. Demonstrating the ability to build up a network or international relationships. Possessing a high degree of self-management. Open-minded and curious to learn new things. Equipped with mandatory English language skills, while German language skills are a great plus. Responsible for managing the internship cycle by supporting the hiring process of new interns, onboarding/training, and handing over tasks to the new internship. Preferred start date: October 2026 or according to agreement, ideally for 12 months, not less than 9 months in Kaiseraugst (CH). This position is suitable for students looking for a full-time internship, however working part-time (at least 32 hours a week) is also possible. Preparing your final thesis during this internship could also be supported. Please note: due to regulations, Non-Swiss/EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/n) must enclose a confirmation from the university with the application documents that a compulsory internship is part of the internship.
