As the Marketing Enabler, you aim to: Optimize the overall care experience for patients with cancer Work with a complex set of internal and external stakeholders Understand, develop, drive and monitor the customer value proposition for potential integrated health solutions Work cross functionally to coordinate and steward the integrated marketing plan in the Disease Area (DA) Work to catalyze rapid solutions to significant gaps in the patient journey (diagnostics, digital health solutions, treatments(s), distribution / supply) by connecting with enterprise knowledge and resources. Work in cross border collaborations in Asia Pacific and will be a member of the Network capabilities despite being hired into a country affiliate. Realize and scale country outcomes by contributing to virtual, cross border, cross functional work package teams Jointly cultivate an environment that enables a self-managed team, with strong innovative, agile and enterprise mindset, customer centricity and a culture of discovery, experimentation and learning. Despite being hired into a country affiliate, this role will be a member of the APAC network model, working in cross border collaborations, to realize and scale country outcomes by contributing to virtual, cross border, cross functional work package team Responsibility and Accountability As part of the Marketing capabilities Chapter, you will be hired into a country affiliate and will be responsible for the following: Translating stakeholder, system and patient needs into a clear vision and valuable partnerships Providing DA knowledge, system awareness, treatment landscape and product(s) expertise to help inform portfolio resourcing, prioritization and other commercial management tasks Shaping, stewarding and contributing to core business processes (affiliate and beyond borders) to ensure the investment and resourcing needs in DA are well served Building and contributing the capabilities to cross functional, cross cultural, self-managed, work package teams that apply agile methodologies to quickly deliver high value work Assuming shared accountability for organizational launch preparedness within and across countries. Serving as a cross-channel digital engagement expert, leading strategies and customer experiences that enable positive patient outcomes and business transformation As the digital patient and customer engagement strategic thought partner, advises, influences, and advances digital engagement strategies and campaigns. Collaborates with leaders, stakeholders, and functional partners across Medical, PPOCs, and Market Access to understand the DA business objectives, priorities, and strategies As a digital cross-channel functional expert, creates integrated cross-channel campaign plans that improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and cross-channel optimization. Skills and Experience : You have relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital engagement and/or commercial operations (including leadership), with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes. Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology or other related fields preferred You have a proven track record of building, leading and contributing to high performing, diverse, agile teams System thinker; able to create and leverage networks with external customers and internal teams to create sustainable value for patients. Abreast of customer and healthcare industry trends. Sees patterns or connections between situations; can envision and articulate possibilities and likelihoods. Takes a proactive approach to professional development to constantly adapt and grow capabilities to increase impact. Customer-Centric; able to co-create solutions to address customer needs and transform clinical practice, by providing also exceptional digital customer experiences Comfortable with working in agile environments Entrepreneurial; able to identify opportunities, to experiment, to take risks, self-learning and disrupt the status quo Culture of humanity, curiosity and responsibility, working effectively, fast and smart, challenging status quo, with collaborative mindset, breaking down silos Internal network creation and borderless collaboration: working closely with other countries/communities/teams, embracing the loop of ‘sharing and learning together’ to co- create and upscale Ecosystem solutions You are dynamic, value driven, think on strategic level, curious and have high learning agility You are fluent in English Preferred Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing or Business Administration MBA or Postgraduate Marketing degree is considered a plus Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
