This role supports the Global Security Crisis Management and Business Resilience Team by combining business analysis, system administration, and reporting responsibilities to maintain and improve the business continuity software platform, ensure data accuracy and system reliability, manage user access and integrations, troubleshoot issues, support audits and compliance, and provide actionable insights that enable effective decision-making and operational resilience. Responsibilities: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into practical system, process, and reporting solutions. Support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of business systems and applications, including user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution to help ensure stable and reliable operations. Collect, clean, organize, and maintain data used for reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making. Develop and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders. Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist with testing, implementation, upgrades, and enhancements to systems, processes, and reporting tools. Document workflows, system procedures, reporting logic, and support processes to improve consistency and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with internal partners, IT teams, vendors, and end users to ensure systems and reporting align with business needs. Apply data governance, access control, privacy, and security best practices to protect information and support compliance. High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, system administration, data reporting, or a related role preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred. Experience supporting business applications, user administration, or system troubleshooting. Ability to gather and document requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into functional solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience with automation tools, system integrations, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy, access management, and security best practices preferred.
